  • Detailed inspection of property interiors and exteriors 2 times a month and in the case of bad and stormy weather

  • Turning of Heating or cooling before the owner arrives once per year

  • Creation of a specialized report with checkpoints (check list) for the performed inspection

  • Overview of driveway and parking

  • Checking doors and windows

  • Check for possible burglary or infestation of insects and parasite

  • Checking  electrical and gas appliances

  • Checking plumbing installations (leaking water on taps, cisterns to prevent the accumulation of stones, pouring water into the siphon and antifreeze liquids, checking drains)

  • Bill payment - as agreed with the owner

PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE: booking costs (percentage taken by booking pages), payment of tourist tax, payment of tourist board tax, overheads, costs of possible repairs, costs of purchasing bedding and furnishing the apartment (except basic consumables: toilet paper, toiletries, and kitchen utensils, welcome gift for guests)
